My daughter loves the boots and they are sturdy, but they run a full size too small. The costomer service was great and they were helpful and prompt. However, I did have to pay the return shipping, and the $8.00(twice what I paid at the p.o.)shipping on the replacement.

My package was stolen but replace, my replacement boots were extremely dusty? I'm guessing it was dust... I'm not sure what it was, dirt or whatever. And the boots aren't really worth the 50 dollars, you can get better ones for 20.
